部屋、パブリックスペース共に清潔ていい感じでした。駅かから近い、車でのアクセスも便利なのは選択肢〇
お風呂もゆったりと使えて◎で気に入ってます。
チェックインの時に、寝具、アメニティ、お水、コーヒーお風呂などの使い方、案内がなかったのが、少し、残念。
使い慣れている方が多いので、いちいち言わなくても良い空気感があるのかもしれめせんが…

夜間チェックインでしたが、フロントの方がオフィスに控えていながらすぐ戻るの札を置いていて感じが悪かったです。また、朝食が550円で食べられるとか大浴場があるとか一切説明なしでした。アメニティを取る場所の室内着を置いてあるのも雑然として使う前か後かわからない状態でした。空調も温度設定なしで暑がりの私には辛かったです。朝フロントを出るときもこちらが大きな声で挨拶しても返答なし。安かろう悪かろうで安い以外何もなしでした。ホテル戦争の激しい浜松で戦えるのか？という感じです。多分次回はえらびません。
