The hotel is very convenient and close to Hamamatsu station. When you get out from the station, you can see the hotel. It is very close to the restaurants and bars too. Hotel staff are nice and it was so fun to enjoy free food drinks during happy hour. Everything is good. Moreover, going to Hamana just takes 40min bus distance. So glad to come to Hamamatsu!

The hotel is close to the Hamamatsu station and located close to a lot of restaurants. It has a public bath and a sauna. The breakfast is consistent and good.

Not the biggest hotel around but it has all the necessary amenities with a team of very dedicated staff. The room is huge and clean and there is delicious buffet breakfast too. Will highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if [convenience and comfort are your upmost priority.

The breakfast was excellent and selection is very good. Only draw back is breakfast end by 9am.

The place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean and plenty of space even after opening 2 luggages. The queen bed is huge and very comfortable. Toilet and shower is also very clean, but slightly cramp (usual jap style). Wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The onsen was excellent, with a password for the female bath due to security reasons. Free wifi is very strong. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen (head towards the direction of the bus interchange). There is a convenience store on the opposite road. One of the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. There is a welcome drink and able to get additional pillows from the counter. Will stay again

I loved this place - directly across the street from May One, Entetsu, Act City, and the station, the location was great, and the service and facilities were impeccable for the price. Breakfast was simple but filling and healthy, they have an on-site public bath (small, but nice), and nice lounges to hang out in, I just very much enjoyed my 2-night stay. I will stay here again. I met some local friends and told them that they should recommend it to friends/family who might visit.

Good location, 5 minute walk to Hamamatsu station. Room was generally comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness could be further improved as I saw some hair leftover from the previous guests. Good if the amenities could include bathing salt.

Very good hotel.

I originally booked a deluxe double room, but when I got in, there was hair all over the bathroom wall. I couldn't accept it and asked the front desk if I could change the room. The female staff immediately helped me change it, and finally I changed it to a double wall room with a sofa. The room is big, the bathroom is OK, there is eel rice for breakfast (one per person), there is a bath, and the restaurant has drinks in the evening. The location is very close to the station, good. Photos 1 and 2 are the rooms originally booked, and Photo 3 is the replacement.

It is a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station and can be seen right after exiting the station. The room is of good size and the 1.8-meter bed is rare in Japan. The hotel provides a large bathroom, and there is a secret room for ladies, which is very private. I went to take a bath, and it was so comfortable for me alone. The breakfast is very rich, with many styles, and eel rice. In the evening, drinks and snacks are also provided. The service staff is very good, and their English is the most standard and fluent I have heard in recent days. The famous Hamataro Izakaya is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It would be perfect if the hotel could provide bottled drinking water.

Services: Snacks, beer and coffee are served in the lobby from 5pm to 8pm. Friendly staff. Bathhouse: For the girls' bathhouse, you need to ask the counter for the password. The bath is not big. Good ventilation. Room: 2-bed room, bigger than expected. The space is great!

The welcome drink was not only soft drinks, but also a variety of options from draft beer to sake, which was very satisfying. The location overlooking Hamamatsu Station, which sparkles at night, was also good. In addition to the bath in the room, there was also a bath area, so I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue. The women's bath was secure and safe. The front desk staff were also very kind and pleasant, and it was a hotel I would definitely like to use again.
