Well maintained hotel with spa facilities available.
Nice view of the lake.
Breakfast was great.
Two sessions in afternoon and after 9 pm where free flow of drinks (including alcohols) and light tidbits were served.
Big carpark available.

We were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay.
The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay.
The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving.
For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.

Had a night stay at this resort hotel which is peaceful and the room was spacious. The service was excellent and the sauna was clean and excellent.

夜遅くからのチェックインでしたが親切に対応してくださりました。また急な連泊の相談にも対応くださり安心しました。ホテルもとても大きくて平日でも沢山のお客さんがいました。
オーシャンビューからは浜名湖の素敵な景色がみれました。
スパも広くてゆっくりお風呂を堪能しました。
朝のビュッフェも種類が多くて、どれを食べても全部美味しかったです。
また機会があれば是非泊まりたいホテルでした。
