Super service, only the drinking machines were cold/heat had problems, but this may be because not so many guests were expected. There could still be work on it. The employees have been curved to meet the guest. Praise the brave rank. If we travel back to Hamburg, we will check in back to this hotel. Maybe we were on the date but we paid a very expensive price, under the week and without breakfast. One night in a very simple, small double room for about €200 is not in proportion to me but for us the location was crucial (because of an event) and the alternatives even more expensive at this date that is important for us ... Of A few b and b we already know, this was the least according to our taste although everything was OK in itself. Parking is free on the parking place right in front of the door! Ubahn Habichtstraße is only 350m away. We had a quiet room backwards toward the football square. There are actually only little things like hand towels, lightly flack bed linen, small make-ups on the furniture, such things. At the check-in it was also really unfriendly (above) and unorganised, that was not a nice entry. By the way, no goodbye is and remains a very simple, minimalistic accommodation and should also be bookable at such a price. If you get a good course (e.g. room price from €75 as they apply for it!), it would be just as well. Breakfast 10.50€ we have not used, ten minutes walk away you have beautiful options, although of course much more expensive, individual and high-quality. Depending on whether you value it now. We have not opened shopping opportunities directly in the surrounding area but if it is urgent, snacks and small stuff can also be obtained at the reception or in the tank next to.

Very friendly and premature staff! Also extra service (early breakfast for the children) was offered to us. A mattress had a great place, but this was also repaired immediately! Super location, centrally located in front of the doors of the city. You come with the metro everywhere and there are even 2 large shopping centres directly nearby. All in all a very nice hotel also for families!

We stayed here for 5 days for a family visit. The hotel surprised us in a good way. Everything was clean efficient and pleasant. The location was also ideal for us (5min to the subway/tube station). Modern building, nice breakfast buffets - nice bathroom, and quiet room. Couldn't ask for more. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. I think it also presented good value for money.

The reception is on the second floor, and the rooms are on the third to sixth floors. No elevator. There are toilets on each floor. There are only two showers on the 6th floor. Rooms, toilets and showers are fairly clean. Shower has no water pressure problem. wifi is also ok. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from Central Station. Certainly, the area is full of immigrants, but I do not feel any danger. Breakfast at the next hotel, bread cheese bread juice coffee etc.

The check-in service went without problems and quickly we received our room. The staff is premature and friendly. The room was also clean. And also offers enough room for clothes. The bathroom is small, but it is enough for shower and tooth cleaning. We would have booked breakfast if we didn't have to leave so early. For a weekend trip, this hotel is recommended.

Generally speaking, the hotel is ok, if there are not so many requirements for accommodation. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the railway station, just a bit old, you can feel the atmosphere of the times when you enter, but this is also an experience, right, haha. The service has nothing to say, the uncle at the front desk is super good in English and attitude and very patient, so good that I doubt whether he is German at all, if one is not picky about the accommodation conditions, this is a very cost-effective hotel

Very nice reception and clean rooms. 80,-€ /Nacht including breakfast & drinks. Breakfast is very diverse, is always filled fresh and you don't have to stand on the buffet snake as in big hotels. It is very pleasant, quiet, family and everyone has his privacy. The train station to all the attractions of Hamburg is only 2-5 minutes walk from the hotel and you are within 30 minutes on St. Pauli and the landing bridges. Shops are also in the immediate vicinity.
