Novotel Hamburg Central Station

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. The peaceful and private atmosphere makes it a perfect place to unwind. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg, whether it’s their first trip or they’ve been here many times. Keep up the excellent standards!

Nice hotel and good location. Air-con is not strong enough and there was cigarette smell in the room though.

Five mins walk to the main train station, great location, clean room

Position of hotel is good. A lot of good restaurants around. Closed to central train station. Room is tidy and neat, Renovation is pretty new.

I booked a twin room for 8 nights at Novotel Hamburg Central Station. The room was clean and spacious, particularly for a business traveller, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. The hotel’s location is excellent. The entrance to Steinstraße U-Bahn station is right beside the hotel, while Hamburg’s popular shopping district is approximately a 5 minute walk away. The Town Hall is also within a convenient 10 minute walk. The service was consistently good throughout my stay. My room was cleaned as requested, bottled water was replenished, towels were replaced, and the beds were neatly made. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Novotel Hamburg Central Station. It would definitely be my first choice if I were to visit Hamburg again.

modern hotel; nice room; bicycle parking in the basement upon request; small remarks: - ventilation not enough to prevent damp in bathroom after shower - weird system to listen to tv audio while in the bathroom, didn't manage to turn it off :) - not a lively neighborhood but fairly close to railway station and bus station (e. g. flixbus)
