Room is wide, nice and clean. Washing machine in room with detergent tablet and electric dry hanger in toilet. Very convenient. Pillow is very comfy. Feel like stay at home. Tourist spots are surrounded and in walking distance.

This apartment was a really good choice for our family. The proximity to the Speicherstadt is very convenient. From here you can reach the Hamburger Dungeon, Miniature Train Museum and even the Opera is not too far. You can take a bus from the central railway station to get there as Metro is a little bit further away but still possible. We would stay there again if we are back in Hamburg. Also thanks for the trip.com 3 night and flyer discount it was cheaper then other portals.

Overall the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Two points worth noting that guests should be aware of: 1. The curtain pocket (the part at the top that hides the curtain rail) is not deep enough, so plenty of light comes in around it. For people use to full blackout in bedrooms, this may be disturbing - especially when the sun rises in the morning. 2. As noted in some other reviews, the pillows are EXTREMELY low density. They are so low density, that there is close to zero support once lying on them and the weight of your head has compressed the filling (down I think). I fortunately brought my own pillow, however if I had not, this review score would be much lower as it would have made it difficult for me to sleep the pillows are so unusually soft/airy.

Our apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The expected amenities (washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, towel rack etc.) were all functional; reception was kind enough to provide additional detergent.
