Room looks nothing like on the photos. Very basic room with a bed and a small shower. It was OK but personally would not book this hotel again.

The shower was a bit awkward because the showerhead was too big and heavy. When cutting the bread, a napkin was missing so that not everyone had to touch it.

I appreciated an early checkin before the actual check in time. Single bed room was small (which I expected) but was very neat and clean. The room was basic with clean bed and shower, clothes rack but there was no kettle etc to make coffee or tea which would have been appreciated in cold weather during winters. While hotel is in easy walkable distance to Hamburg Central station, the neighbourhood itself did not feel very safe with lot of people loitering around. I did not face any issues as such but it just felt unsafe to walk on my own at late night. If you are looking for short stay with easy accessibility to public transport and train station etc, you can consider this. Overall it was a good experience to stay
