IntercityHotel Hamburg Dammtor

The room was clean, the breakfast was hygienic, and the hotel staff were very nice. The location is excellent, very close to the conference venue. There is a park right across the street, which made for a great morning stroll in a lovely environment.

Well, how should I put it? The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs from the exhibition hall, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. However, the breakfast selection is a bit limited. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, I guess. Hope they continue to improve!

Overall, it's pretty good. It seems to have been an Ibis hotel originally. It's less than a 10-minute drive from the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg.

Very friendly staff. Room is good. What's disappointing is the self check-in, which takes a very long time. Rooms are only cleaned after 3 (!!!) nights. If you need toilet paper, you have to get it at the reception. No joke. It's written like that in the elevator. Therefore, the service is unsatisfactory!

The IntercityHotel Hamburg Dammtor is right next to the Hamburg Exhibition Center, making it very convenient to book for large events. The front desk service was good, and the room hygiene was acceptable. The window could be opened slightly. There's a large park in front of the hotel, but the lobby facilities are average, and the sofas are old and worn.

Very nice hotel, the staff is very kind, the room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is close to the city center, you can reach the town hall in 15 minutes on foot. I'm sure if I have to come back to Hamburg, I would choose this hotel again.

The cleanliness was great! The service was able to answer all my questions. Overall, I found the hotel's location to be very good, except for the TV which didn't offer internet access for YouTube etc., that wasn't good.
