This old-money style hotel, just a stone's throw from the train station, is simply the best choice. The rooms are newly renovated, air-conditioned, and the bedding is comfortable, clean, and soft. Plus, they provide high-quality disposable thick slippers, which is quite rare and excellent for a German hotel. The breakfast is abundant, even featuring champagne and white wine! If we weren't in a rush to head to Northern Europe, we would have truly savored our time here. The staff are very friendly and even helped us store a large piece of luggage for several days. It's truly worth every penny.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the train station. It's easily reachable on foot after getting off the train. The hotel environment is superb, giving off an old-money European vibe. Stepping through the revolving doors into the lobby feels like entering a different world, completely removed from the noisy train station area outside.

When checking out, I told the front desk that they shouldn't assign room 414 to Asian guests next time, as most people would find it very unlucky (although I wasn't too bothered, it did make me pause for a moment). Also, the breakfast was very German, which was just average for an Asian palate. Everything else about the hotel was great.

The room was a bit small, but the hotel itself was great. The breakfast was excellent 👍, and its location next to the theater and train station made getting around super convenient.
