Hotel Hagemann Hamburg Hafen

The hotel was the cheapest available price on a weekend. The bus station is nearby. There are also many shops nearby. The highlight was the breakfast. The service was nice and the experience was a local bed and breakfast one with a local flavor. Interesting to experience something other than the franchised international chains which have pretty global standard. This was a local experience and enjoyable in its own way

Located further from the main area but close to bus station from the center, not much of service are provided but the do serve ok breakfast. Food and drinks can be found around the area in walking distance.

Very good place and they had variety for their breakfast menu. Well received by the receptionist.

Hotel is out of the city center. But you can use public transportation.

It was fine.

1. Room at the highest floor with Wi-Fi was not available; asked to receptionist to solve it but no result; 2. The staff many times asking for room number during have had breakfast.

Breakfast and location were good, but room amenities were below average

The location felt little outcast from the city of Hamburg. Humble staff but no housekeeping. We asked for extra pillow and blanket for our child and they were helpless. Never had such response from any staff. Parking surprisingly also was chargeable. Not at all worth.

Excellent
