Hotel is across the road from the main Railway station and next to the theatre. Rome was slghtly small. Breakfast was basic choice, but fine.

Basic hotel. Only towels and shower gel are provided - inconveniencing travelers. Although breakfast is provided, you have to walk a distance away to have it at another hotel - this should be stated in the booking information page.

It was my first time to travel to a northern German city. I found that the hotel prices were high. This one was close to the station and the price was relatively cheap. The reviews online were mixed. I was a little worried about stepping on a thunderbolt before checking in. The hotel itself is in a very good location, just opposite the station, but because the platform name and the name of the hotel gate are not the same, the entrance is not very conspicuous. Although it was shown on the map, we still didn't get up to enter. We found it from the photos shared by the previous stay. The hotel building is old and has no air conditioning. The room is dark and the air is a bit stuffy. The breakfast is the type of ordinary European hotels. Overall, it is clean.

This hotel lives solely from its location and price. The receptionist lectures you. He speaks so unclearly that we had to ask several times. He didn't like it, but thought he had to blame us for it. "I told you that..." The room was tiny, faced the main road, had no air conditioning - so you had to "sleep" with the window closed. There were also little-controlled noises from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, including from the building's technology. The bed linen was threadbare and full of holes. The faucet in the bathroom was dripping. WiFi was slow. One of the two elevators had been broken for three days, but had obviously been for longer. Only two people were allowed in the second one. A hotel employee still went with us as the third person... So we had to wait in line for a long time at the elevator or walk five floors. The breakfast was appropriate for the hotel's three stars. But when you went into the breakfast room, your shoe soles stuck to the floor.

The location of the hotel is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, only a three-minute walk away. The room is relatively small and the facilities are a bit old, but it is still very comfortable for an overnight stay.

Right opposite Hamburg HBF, you can walk to the hotel, the location is very good. Convenient transportation, well connected. The front desk speaks English OK. The breakfast is also very rich, a typical German breakfast. The room is quiet, good for business travel!

1. Photos are deceptive! The house is very old, the stools are broken and the sponge is leaking out, there is a very bad smell in the room, and the window has to be opened for ventilation 2. The facilities are outdated: no air conditioning and no ventilation, very uncomfortable. No free water!! The shower head is crooked and keeps turning to a place where the water cannot be flushed. 3. The double room I booked was only given a quilt and a pillow! At 9 o'clock in the morning, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and asked me if I was checking out? There was no paper towel in the room, 4. The only advantage is that it is close to the train station!

Good breakfast, great location, average room

We chose this place because it was opposite the train station, there is nothing else special about it. Breakfast is very poor, little to no interest. If you have an early train ticket, I recommend it, otherwise I suggest you look for another hotel.
