Kleines Hotel Heimfeld

We had a very pleasant stay at Kleines Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient in terms of transportation. It was a great experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Clean, decent location, but a bit far from the metro, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel itself and the room have been recently renovated, there's an elevator, the plumbing is in good condition, and hot water is readily available. The mattress is very comfortable, a 5+, high, medium-firm, and very comfortable to sleep on. The room is a bit cool, but there's a heating system with a thermostat. The only downsides are the lack of a kettle and electrical outlets. All power comes from extension cords with three-plug connectors. Good value for money.

It's economical and offers good value for money, but you can't ask for much more.

Small things were missing, and attention to detail was lacking; for example, there was no bottle of water even though there was a refrigerator. It's more suitable for business trips. We booked a double bed but received two single beds opposite each other, not even next to each other. The room was too small for that.

Not bad, recommended.
