Moxy Hamburg City

The hotel is nicely furnished, clean and quite. But the electric kettle is missing in the room. no supermarket and restaurant near the hotel. the breakfast is good.

On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Breakfast was overall good, with a decent selection and quality that matched what you’d expect from a modern chain hotel. However, the location is not very convenient. It’s quite a long walk from the nearest S-Bahn station, which becomes tiring if you’re carrying luggage or dealing with bad weather. This is something to be aware of if you’re planning to rely on public transport. Another downside was the pricing of basic amenities. Bottled water and toiletries were extremely overpriced, which felt unnecessarily exploitative for items that guests often need on short notice. Overall, Moxy Hamburg is a clean hotel with a solid breakfast offer, but the less convenient location and the excessive pricing of amenities made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.

Quite room, comfortable mattress, nice to good sleep. Washroom is too small however,  not refilling of hair conditioner😆

We got a really nice ánd warm welcome from the receptionist. Nice rooms, great breakfast.

Delightful hotel with friendly staff. Could be a bit closer to the center of Hamburg and main sites but it was great just the same.

Nice location. Clean place. With friendly and helpful staffs. They can also speak english very well.
