"After turning up to our booked accommodation to find they had no record of our booking we chanced upon on this B&B and I'm so glad we did. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The location is 100m from Beaumont St, which has many eateries and a pub. We were going to a concert at the entertainment centre which was an easy 20 minute walk. Overall it was very good value for money, and I will certainly stay again."

"We have a child that has extra needs so can get a bit louder then most, we were told we would not be welcome back over the tv volume being too high and my son being too loud, when we explained the situation, we where meet with rudeness and an aggressive manager who didn't want a bar of us and told me he would call police if we didn't leave after extending that morning with the last of the money we had and nowhere else to go,, I couldn't sleep probably most nights, the pub next door was busy all you could hear was yelling and music, there was banging almost every 30 mins from 12:30am till early hours of morning, it sounded like someone knocking on the main door of the building, someone was smoking on our level the smell kept coming through the room, the people above us where banging/stomping, throwing stuff around almost all night, we got woken by purple hair lady in number 12 being loud in hallway,, this is all between 9:30pm ish at night and 7am in the morning, I wouldn't recommend at all"

"Had an amazing stay, I checked in late and was still pretty easy to reach out for assistance and get inside. Once getting inside, was shocked about how nice it was for the price. Would most definitely stay again and highly recommend for those in Newy!!"
