The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with convenient transportation.

Great location, near restaurants and ******. There is complimentary car parking but it is first come first served. Valet parking for $42. Room was clean and quiet.

Nice welcoming greeting , ease of check in , nice environment inside, fine hotel room , nice amenities & an easy drive ( 1hr 20 ) from Auckland as a rest & recuperate from long travel ( Seattle, Wa.USA )

Novotel Hamilton's location by the lake is great. The hotel service is excellent; the staff even advised us to park at the free lakeside spots early to save on the daily NZD 40 parking fee. The room was very clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I highly recommend staying here.

Location is in the CBD. Room is very basic, no bathrobes, no sandals, feels like I’m in a Premier Inn. Water pressure very weak. Mattress really soft. It was raining heavily , they don’t have umbrellas that I can borrow.

Had a GREAT time at Novotel Tainui Hamilton with my family.

We booked via a travel agent and fully paid. When we checked-in, the staff knew that we already paid via the travel agent. After we checked out, we are shocked that the hotel double charged the room fee to our credit card without informing us. The receptionists are apathy and unhelpful. We are disappointed with Novotel.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, right next to SkyCity.

Was a good one... It was a pleasant trip I had. The location of the hotel was good too. Super friendly staff and good hotel. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was really impressive. The only sad thing would be.... Super limited parking

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay at this property. We haven't been really active on Accor brands as we are top tier with Marriott Bonvoy. But our recent stays across several Novotel locations will make us consider building up more stays with them.
