Staybridge Suites HAMILTON - DOWNTOWN by IHG

I don’t expect I’ll come across many people staying in downtown Hamilton in the near future. But if I do encounter anyone making the trip, I’ll recommend they stay at the nearby Sheraton instead of Staybridge. We had a wedding to attend nearby, and this location was convenient as it was close to the venue. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Otherwise, it was not an enjoyable or comfortable stay. We had to get our own towels from the front desk when we ran out. We threw away our trash from the room. The hotel’s maid service entered our room on the first morning of our stay on Friday, and we asked that they come back later. They would not return throughout the rest of our stay. We just checked out this morning. I’m going to need a chiropractor and massage to recover from sleeping on the pullout bed.

The hotel is very clean, room is big and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Have a kitchen is a plus if travel with family!

This is a good place located in central Hamilton, close to both the GO station and the main east-west bus lines. I like the complimentary dinner and breakfast; I wanted to try out the swimming pool but didn't have time, unfortunately. Friendly service and easy check-in.

Clean room, friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast. Felt safe parking my car in the private garage

No body wash in the bathroom and the hallways stinks smoke, check in at reception was poor and on top of it I had to pay for parking. Won’t be using again😣

The hotel room was clean and quiet . The location is very convenient. There's a convenience store ，supermarket and a Tim Hortons nearby, as well as a delicious ramen restaurant. Our family had a pleasant and peaceful weekend.
