Splash World Venus Beach

this hotel is really good, the staff are amazing and really helpful. entertainment team are brilliant (omar) is really good and passionate about his job. he went above and beyond to make the guest entertained. i really enjoyed the food in the hotel there was always something to eat. the rooms were amazing no problems with cleanliness and were always cleaned to perfection. going back to omar he was superb and such a nice character to have around the hotel much appreciation to him

Fantastic time with the family. Amination team have been great and really kept the place jumping. The day trip were really fun and the flumes and kids disco really kept the wee one going. We love Rita, the kids club was a big hit and lots of different activities for them to enjoy each day

So this is our 3rd time at this hotel this year, This hotel is a 3* in my opinion should be more we have had 3 holidays at this hotel this year and everyone as been absolutely amazing ive travelled to alot of different places including 5* and nothing as been as good as this hotel from the hotel managers and staff, to momo and his excellent animation team, to the waiters,cleaners, and the spa, the nurse and doctor. Also the photographers wow they make the best memories and albums ever if you love memories and they are a great team.This hotel really is like my second home they really are so helpful and friendly and will go out thier way to help you best they can nothing is too much trouble.The food is great they have a very good selection always got a table.The hotel is also very clean. Thier is also taxis outside the hotel anytime incase you need to go anywhere. 100% ignore the negative reviews it's people that arnt happy with anything in life.love you venus see you soon

When we arrived it was at night. Very friendly staff. Animation team are outstanding. The location was brilliant for us and what was the best was, the splash part and the beach. Food was amazing for a 3 star, you could have anything even if your fussy. My son is autistic and he even managed to eat . Not a big range of alcohol and would love it if they had more than 2 bars. Rooms were clean only one plug plus needs a revamp. Shop in hotel was very reasonable. Entertainment was good but the best part was, the foam party in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel to families us as adults loved it cos the children had a whale of a good time.

We had the most incredible time at the Splash World Venus Beach Hotel in Tunisia and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality, the entertainment, and the level of service provided. The animation team absolutely made our stay unforgettable. A huge shoutout to Lowey, Mimi, Lily, Adam, Omar, and the bartender Ghaith – they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. The energy they brought to the hotel was contagious and made every activity fun and exciting. A special mention to Lowey, who went the extra mile on his day off to show us around the city, giving us a personal and in-depth tour of the local sights. It was a kind gesture that really made our trip extra special. The hotel itself is spotless, with the rooms being cleaned to a very high standard. The surrounding areas, including the pools and public spaces, were always kept neat and well-maintained. The hotel even made a special effort on my wife's birthday, with thoughtful touches that made her feel truly celebrated. The lifeguards were also fantastic – not only did they ensure the safety of everyone, but they also added a fun element to our time by engaging with guests and creating a lively atmosphere around the pools. We always felt secure knowing they were there. We’ve already booked to return next year because our experience was just that good. The incredible staff, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the hotel made it one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Absolutely fantastic resort. Ignore the negative reviews that expect a modern five star hotel for three-star prices! Yes, the rooms are tired and in need for a refurbishment but they are still clean, adequate and fir for purpose. The staff here though are incredible, from reception staff to restaurant staff right through to the animation team, they cannot do enough for you! A very special mention goes to Mr Slah and Mr Sami who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! Thank you very much for making our special stays even more memorable!
