"Reception needs training on customer service. On my first day, there were 2 girls at the reception but no one greeted me. I took the initiative to say hello... same goes for the rest of my stay. They don't say hello or god morgen... they have no eye contact with customers coming through the reception. I checked in thursday, so on saturday i left the door sign to clean my room. When i came back, the bed was not made, the facial tissue in the bathroom was not replaced ( it was empty), and floor was not cleaned. The positive things about this hotel are: central location, good breakfast and 2 coffee machines at the lobby."

"Very satisfied and recommended. But one thing to explain is that the "extra bed" fee mentioned in the Chinese order is actually "additional". The two children only have a double sofa bed. The scenery is good. The price is very good"

"I stayed for 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The door to the rooms is not tight. You hear people in hallways and when doors are being slammed outside, or the cleaners go by. The windows are not tight and it felt like there was a draft coming in. So the temperature in the room was set to 27 degrees :) The room looks outdated. In one room the bathroom was so small that shower was only covered with one glass and the toilet was half way in the shower! Disugusting, sorry! For the price I payed for this room it is outrageous to have such a poor room!"
