"Nice place to stay. Was quiet, clean, and the owner was very friendly. Not too bad of a price this time of year. They do require $100 deposit that is refunded if there is no damage to the room. All rooms are no smoking, which is nice. Definitely recommend if you're in Hampton."

"Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!"

"When booking this trip it was completely deceptive. Pics were from 9 years ago and up until last year they were across the street from the beach. Tried contacting them got absolutely no answers and they would not answer my calls. Very underhanded and deceitful. For not much more money you can be within walking distance of Hampton Beach. Horrible people."

"Very clean and comfortable room supplied with a kitchenette and some dishes and cookware. I would recommend for a close to the beach and strip Hampton’s beach visit. Very kid friendly as we saw children each of our six day stay. The front desk attendant was friendly and courteous and attentive. Well priced and would definitely stay here again for a summer vacation."
