"My stay at this hotel was terrible. I found shoe prints on the bathroom towels and bloodstains on a face towel. When I reported it to the front desk, they only offered to replace the towels and refused to apologize. My requests for a room upgrade, after getting a reluctant room change, were ignored. I would not recommend it."

"tge window had no blinds i had to rake the pillow case off to cover the street side window, the other window with the ac window unit yhe curtain kept covering it, I tried pulling it back nothing helped because it was very long, the other window in livingroom the blinds were all falling down. the noise was horrible 2 guys outside my window almost fist fighting and the room upstairs became a stomping ground/ bowling alley it sounded like at 11pm , the bed was comfy that was the only plus. never wasting my money here again"

"We were put in the most outdated room in the house on the third floor. We couldn't even get in the bathroom together, door opens into the toilet. Very small tv set on a refrigerator. Carpet was terribly stained. Our room was given to a couple who got married on-site. There was no one on-site to check us in upon arrival and address this issue, we had to sit in the wrong room and wait over 30 minutes for the owner to arrive. We had reserved 2 nights and weren't offered the correct room for the second night of our stay. When we complained after seeing how nice the room we were supposed to have was we were then told they would have been glad to give us that room for the second night if we'd asked. We shouldn't have had to ask. When a room is reserved and confirmed it shouldn't be given to someone else. There are only 7 rooms in the house and it was off season, how does that happen? Other than the first night we were the only guests in the house."
