"Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!"

"My stay at this hotel was terrible. I found shoe prints on the bathroom towels and bloodstains on a face towel. When I reported it to the front desk, they only offered to replace the towels and refused to apologize. My requests for a room upgrade, after getting a reluctant room change, were ignored. I would not recommend it."

"We booked the Pavilion for my Father's Celebration of Life luncheon. It was the perfect space as it was covered from the elements, had ceiling fans to keep everything cool, and you could see the beautiful plantings from every side. Tracy and Deanna were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The table set ups, linens, chairs and chandeliers made for a beautiful atmosphere. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. I would also like to give special thanks to their Pastry Chef - their deserts were AMAZING!!"

"tge window had no blinds i had to rake the pillow case off to cover the street side window, the other window with the ac window unit yhe curtain kept covering it, I tried pulling it back nothing helped because it was very long, the other window in livingroom the blinds were all falling down. the noise was horrible 2 guys outside my window almost fist fighting and the room upstairs became a stomping ground/ bowling alley it sounded like at 11pm , the bed was comfy that was the only plus. never wasting my money here again"
