"The window opens to the rooftop, so it felt like someone was climbing through or outside the door, making it feel stuffy and uneasy to sleep with the window open for a moment. I had to close the curtains. It was a second-floor room. The facilities seemed clean, but there was a lot of mold on the bathroom sink and shower walls. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. The drinking water mugs were covered with a paper lid instead of being cleaned. The blankets were constantly itchy while I slept. Hygiene scores were rock-bottom! This was my third visit and a complete disappointment! Aside from being near the terminal and having restaurants and amenities, I wouldn't recommend it. Next time, it's probably better to stay near Sangrim Forest. As for service, you can't see any staff except at check-in and check-out. It's a hotel in name only, disguised as a motel."

"I revisited. The room isn't spacious, but it is perfect for a business trip. It was nice to be able to sample the Insanga products provided in the room, and the amenities were all great since they were Insanga products. I saw a lot of stars as well. I plan to visit again when I go to Hamyang."
