Beautiful environment; complete facilities; from the hotel's telephone customer service staff to the service staff in various positions, they are well-trained, patient, meticulous, and considerate; the dishes in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor are innovative and taste good. The hotel environment is very good and comfortable. The service is great, especially Manager Huang Yifan, who followed up on our schedule in a timely manner and understood our needs, making the elderly very happy.

I booked the room too late, and there was only one room left. I checked in at the hotel front desk at 11:30 am, and was told that the room was being cleaned. I was told to send a WeChat message when the room was ready. I was still not informed until 1:30 pm, so I went to the front desk to ask, and changed a room and checked in. The balcony was full of dust, but the room was still good. The tea bags were basically dated 2023. It felt like no one had lived in this room for a while, and there was no lake view. However, the hotel service was still good. Jenne at the front desk basically responded to all requests. She helped me apply for breakfast. Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻 There are some free golf courses, one hour of billiards, and one hour of free gymnasium when staying in the hotel. Others are charged. There are a lot of people on the beach during holidays.

It's a 50-minute drive from Hanyang, which is great. It was fully booked on the Qingming Festival. The hotel lobby is very stylish and looks like the hotel style in Sanya. The family booked three twin rooms with lake views. The rooms are large and the balcony view is first-class. There were also guests setting off salutes at night, and the children didn't want to leave. When I got home, I found that my clothes were left in the hotel. The front desk lady Huang Yifan helped to send it by SF Express. Thank you very much. Next time, the whole family will go to play together
