When I checked in, I asked the front desk to give me a quieter room, not close to the elevator. The first time, I was given a room at the back of the 5th floor, 530. When I entered the room, I was shocked. The wash basin in the room was similar to the one used by the elderly in the public toilets 10 years ago, and there were handrails all around. I could accept this, but when I entered the room, there was a door opposite the bed, similar to the one for storing sundries. The door was locked and could not be opened. It was ridiculous. A 4-star hotel with such a room was disgusting. Then I asked them to help me change the room to 823 on the 8th floor. When I entered, I found that the fan and ventilation fan at the bottom of the building were similar to those on the roof of the shopping mall. It was very noisy, and closing the window was also very noisy. There was nothing I could do. I called the front desk to change my room. The front desk said ok, let the robot send my room card up. I stood at the door and waited for 10 minutes because I was afraid of messing up the room and asking them to clean it again. I was sweating while waiting. I called their front desk again and asked them why the room card hadn't been sent up yet. The front desk said it had been sent. I said it had been sent and I had waited for 10 minutes but hadn't received it. She said it had been sent up. I asked if you were sure? She said no problem. I asked if you couldn't come and see it yourself? I waited here for so long and it hadn't been sent up. She said we couldn't do it. It was all sent by the robot. I got angry and said I didn't want to stay and check out. She stopped talking and immediately changed another front desk. She said sorry, there were no king-size rooms. She asked if I could stay in a standard room. I said were you sure there were no rooms? There were no rooms at 5pm. I said okay, let the robot send it up for me. I guess they forgot to send me the room card after the call. It was really a rubbish front desk. Then I waited for six or seven minutes and the robot and I were sent up. We changed to room 823, which also had a smell. Opposite the square, it was noisy. I said to close the window, but the window handle was broken. I knew this hotel was not good, so I just stayed there. The front desk staff was unprofessional and had a bad attitude The hotel was not good either. They didn't deal with the problem of the room. Don't choose this hotel when you are on a business trip

There are many types of breakfast, the room is comfortable, the price/performance ratio is very high, it is close to the high-speed rail station and convenient for travel. The first and second floors of the hotel can satisfy dining without leaving the hotel, and the terrace restaurant and bar on the fifth floor is suitable for small gatherings.

It is very close to the high-speed railway station, less than two kilometers away. Since Handan is not big, it is convenient to go to the downtown commercial center and various classic hotels. It should have been newly opened not long ago. Overall, it meets the overall level of Hilton Garden Inn. The decoration, hygiene, breakfast, etc. are also good. The room service level can be improved. I stayed for two consecutive days. The drinking water provided in the room ran out on the first day and was not replenished. Fortunately, I bought a lot of drinks myself. Because it is the May Day holiday, the room price has risen to a certain extent, which is normal. In short, it can be given a five-point praise. It is a good hotel in Handan that is very worth recommending.

The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes excellent. The gym and laundry room are all available. As soon as you go out, you will see the street garden, which is convenient for walking the dog. The location is convenient, and the Meilecheng Shopping Center is 2 kilometers away, which can solve all the problems of eating, drinking and playing. I brought my family and children and booked 3 rooms, including a suite (with a sofa bed), a smart king-size bed room (with a sofa bed), and a comfortable room. They are all good. I will definitely choose it next time I come to Handan!

Great room! Standard Hilton, impeccable room facilities, room bar, coffee machine, everything. First-class breakfast, representing the highest level of domestic hotels. But the receptionist is a bit dull, not actively indicating the direction of the elevator, the direction of the restaurant, and how to use the elevator. Two cards were given, one was a white card, the power card, and there was no reminder, so I took the white card downstairs to pick up a friend, but the elevator couldn't swipe it. It is recommended to strengthen the training of interns.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, and there is a snack street behind it. The front desk upgraded the room type when I checked in, thank you. The parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The hotel decoration is very a**ospheric. I will choose it next time I travel.
