叢台迎賓館
位置：北面緊鄰叢台公園，對面是新世紀購物中心，走10分鐘就可達邯鄲道。整體位置不錯，賓館內環境較好，全是三層小樓，比較安靜。
停車：院內免費停車，各樓附近都有停車位，不用報車號，應該是對外地車都免費。
設施：房間較大層高很高。房間智能操控，很方便。套間內兩個衞生間。衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶。床墊軟硬適中。洗澡的水量不夠大，水温也非常好。屋內沒有冰箱，房間水充足，茶水吧東西略顯簡陋。房間Wifi信號不太好。
服務：整體服務態度都非常好，服務員整體素質較高，送了水果和小零食。
早餐：在5號樓一層，東西較豐富，味道也不錯。晚上還有自助餐。
總體來説是一個老牌酒店，據説是接待外賓的，但是酒店不是很新。

大避雷！別住！太臟了。好好的邯鄲之行被這家酒店搞得一塌糊塗！
1、帶着娃入住，前台寫着有小童用品，但不主動給，問了服務員才勉強給，兩個娃衹給一套，我説要兩套，她又勉強再給了一套，相當無語。
2、入住後發現衞生情況巨差，床榻，沙發，臟的一塌糊塗，服務員到底打掃過嗎？糊弄得太厲害。
3、預訂時候説明有歡迎水果，但一直沒給，主動問了才送，兩個房間衹送一份，迷惑操作，服務意識幾乎是沒有。
4、退房時歸壞所有房卡，服務員收下也沒有任何疑問，離店後打電話説少了一張卡要賠償，但我們明明已經歸壞所有房卡，這種服務和態度簡直令人咋舌！
國慶從河南玩到河北，河南的酒店態度都很好，沒想到最後一站這麼差，真是丟人！

酒店位置非常好，叢台公園旁邊，離邯鄲道非常近；
酒店是園林式風格，綠樹叢蔭，環境非常好，房間寬敞，設施齊全，全新的棉織品很舒服；
早餐好的難以想象，品種多樣，有地方特色美食，有烘焙西點，光湯羹粥品就四種，明檔熱菜就不用説了，秒殺二三線城市五星級酒店。
服務很好，一看就是經過專業培訓的，接物都是雙手，禮貌用語規範，作為一個酒店行業從業者也覺得現在這樣的服務難能可貴。
服務員服裝很有特點，女士的馬面裙既好看又體現傳統歷史文化，看的出很用心。
也有需要改進的地方，外面廣場晚上唱歌跳舞的聲音太大了，十點鐘還在唱，跟酒店反應後，有所改善。雖然噪音不是酒店內部問題，但也會影響酒店客人的體驗。還需要與城管等部門進行溝通解決。

到邯鄲玩比較了幾家飯店的優劣，最後決定住在這裏，真是太正確了。服務特別好，超出預期。入住當天早上打電話提前詢問有何要求；入住後前台也是十分耐心的告知我怎麼去邯鄲道等，感覺親切。停車也好停，早餐豐富，而且服務員態度很好，告訴我哪些是當地的特產，很親切。唯一有一點瑕疵的是房間照明電源關燈後還是很亮有點影響睡覺，還有就是睡不慣蕎麥皮的枕頭，特別硬，不舒服，應該有一個羽絨枕備用。
