設施：房間狹小，桌子大部分的寬度非常窄，僅僅20釐米左右，也就常見家庭擱架的寬度，很對付。衞生間門已經破損，沒有補救，無視房客的體驗。臉巾是一次性的，有低檔招待所的感覺，這不像格林豪泰，更像糊弄人的民宿。
衞生：一般，香薰刺鼻。
環境：還可以。
服務：很對付。早餐主食已經涼了，八點多一些。

店面面積很大，環境真挺好，價格也真不貴！沖鴨！非常棒的體驗，幸好提前在網上預約了，不然週末人好多，不枉費我期待這麼久，確實很不錯五星好評，位置特別好找，離地鐵站超近，過來很方便工作人員非常專業，講解過程非常有耐心，還解答了不少問題

非常滿意的一次住宿，房間裏提供了一次性馬桶墊，一次性面巾，房間乾淨整潔。唯一的一點遺憾給到前台，早上出門特意問了她可不可以晚點退房，説最晚下午1點，我12點05回來，讓她把房卡給做一下，結果上去打不開，又下去，又做了一遍，還是打不開，訂房電話是021的，根本沒人接，衹好又下去前台，讓前台聯繫服務員給我開的門，12層，折騰了三次，無語了

和朋友出來玩，還沒來得及收拾，點了外賣也沒吃，前台以房間電話壞了為由，退房也不提前通知或者詢問要不要續住，過了退房時間才説，衹能續費，態度還賊差，一句不好意思都沒有，覺得全是客人的過，無語了，再也不會選這個酒店了
