酒店設施非常棒，離高鐵站也不遠，從進入大堂的瞬間就感受到專業和又貼心的服務，前台員工總是熱情問候，以及快理辦理入住，客房佈置温馨舒適，樓層視野太棒了，走廊鋪着厚實柔軟的地毯，每一處彰顯着對品質的追求，讓人一入住身心舒暢，捨不得離開，特色早餐種類豐富，中西式美食應有盡有，還有開元特色晨間盛食，健身房器材嶄新，休閑設備齊全，客房服務周到， 絕對出行的首選，強烈推薦。

住的很滿意，房間很不錯。酒店位於新區，距離高鐵站也很近，出行很方便，到的很晚了，晶晶經理很負責任，幫忙升級了房間，還送了早餐，水果。就是早餐的話，送到房間稍微品種有點少，房間乾淨衞生。酒店設施齊全，環境優美，大堂很好很豪華，有一棵成語樹適合拍照打卡，下次還會選擇

假期最後一天，選擇了開元名都酒店，住的十分滿意，酒店經理晶晶十分熱情周到。幫忙贈送了早餐，早餐很好吃。房間乾淨衞生，舒適整潔。隔音效果好，還送了小朋友的牙具和拖鞋。大堂裝修很豪華。有一棵成語樹，適合打卡拍照。酒店有健身房，設施設備很完善。位置很好，出行很便利。性價比很高

五一選擇這家酒店住的很滿意，晶晶經理服務也很熱情，住了兩天，兩天都幫忙加了早餐。可能是五一人數太多的原因，導致早餐第一天需要排隊。建議如果再有節假日的話，可以弄兩個早餐廳。要不然用餐體驗感不太好，房間乾淨衞生。設施很齊全，大堂環境優美，位置很好，出行很方便。

酒店的整體品質不錯，硬件在這次邯鄲邢台之旅裏面感覺最好，因為在開發區，環境不錯，人少安靜，當晚住滿了，提示了錯峯就餐，但還是排隊了，但亮點是引導有序，沒出現混亂的情況，因為曾經歷過5星級度假酒店小長假早餐簡直是災難的場面。總體值得推薦！打車也很方便。

新酒店離高鐵站很近，離市區的景點有些距離。崔經理很熱情，第一晚房子靠近電梯沒睡好，第二晚幫忙調配了房間，還送了果盤。早餐也很豐富，就是第一天餐廳限流，還排隊好久，結果進去也有不少空位置。下次來邯鄲還會入住開元名都。
