Driving back to Beijing from Hainan, passing through Handan, I saw the Wyndham Hotel when choosing a hotel, and I chose this one without hesitation, because the year before last, I also drove from Beijing to Hainan, passing through Linyi, and I also chose the Wyndham Hotel. That time was very good, and I was arranged to have a high-rise view room. I think since it is the same brand, it must not be bad. Sure enough, after checking in, I was very satisfied. First of all, the girl at the front desk spoke gently and helped us upgrade to the upper twin room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub, facing the court, and you can watch the traffic from the window sill. Secondly, the richness of the breakfast is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Everything is available, and the seating layout is reasonable, so people will not feel crowded and embarrassed. It is the season of spring, and the restaurant has also prepared seasonal spring vegetables-spring bamboo shoots, broad beans and green bamboo shoots. Finally, the service is heartwarming. When parking, someone will help to take the seat. If you call for water, it will be delivered to the room within 2 minutes, and check out is fast. Parking is free. PS: The Zhao Yuan lamb chops behind the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was planning to just eat them casually, but I didn’t expect the grilled lamb chops to be amazing. The texture was soft and crispy, not dry at all, and it was brushed with honey, which was salty and sweet. If you stay at the hotel, you can try it.

Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all,this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

The bathroom shower is very comfortable, and the guest room will give you what you need. You can wash and dry clothes, and it doesn't delay time at all. The most surprising thing is that there is also a bamboo house where you can sit with friends. The breakfast is not only varied, but also delicious. There is also late-night porridge in the evening. When you leave, the lady at the front desk will give you a bottle of warm water, so it is highly recommended for travel! ! !

The hotel is in a very good location, next to Congtai Park and very close to Handan Road; The hotel is in a garden-style with green trees and a very good environment. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the brand-new cotton fabrics are very comfortable. The breakfast is unimaginably good, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, baked pastries, four kinds of soups, porridges, not to mention the hot dishes, which are much better than those in five-star hotels in second- and third-tier cities. The service is very good. You can tell at a glance that the staff have received professional training. They receive things with both hands and use polite language. As a hotel industry practitioner, I also feel that such service is rare nowadays. The waiters' uniforms are very distinctive. The ladies' horse-faced skirts are both beautiful and reflect traditional historical culture. It can be seen that a lot of care was put into them. There are also areas that need improvement. The noise from singing and dancing in the square outside is too loud at night. They were still singing at 10 o'clock. After reporting this to the hotel, there have been improvements. While noise is not an issue within the hotel, it can affect the experience of hotel guests. It is also necessary to communicate with the Urban Management Department and other departments to resolve the issue.

The hotel is very clean, but the equipment is old. The mirror frame in the bathroom is broken, and the shower head is not very good. Other things are OK. The location of the hotel is very good. There are restaurants on the first, second and third floors, and it is also convenient to eat around. There are parking spaces in the backyard and three-dimensional parking spaces. The most praiseworthy thing is the buffet breakfast, which has a rich variety, a good environment and good taste. It's just that other people's comments say that there are small gifts when checking out, but I didn't enjoy this. The room should be repaired, otherwise it looks too old.

The hotel's service is very good,  includes front desk room service, as well as meal delivery service, responsive.  The most comfortable thing is that the parking lot of this yard can be put in two steps to put luggage. It is too comfortable for long-distance self-driving. The yard is a charging pile.  This is the advantage of the old hotel. It is much better than the black gourd in the basement of the high-rise building.  Breakfast tastes good too. Unlimited coffee and chrysanthemum wolfberry tea are provided in the lobby.  A small problem is that the air conditioner in the room is faulty, but it is immediately coordinated to change rooms, and there is no effort next door.  Overall it is good.  The food delivery in the hotel room should be mentioned in particular, the taste is good, and the hygiene is full of cost-effectiveness, recommended. 

The location is excellent, right next to Congtai Park. It has its own yard and convenient parking. The staff are very polite. The front desk guy even called to ask if I needed to change rooms because the park is noisy with early morning exercises. The room had just been renovated, and the smell hadn't completely dissipated, but it was acceptable. The next day, when I returned, the room was barely tidied, only the trash had been thrown away and the towels had been changed. This was the first time I've encountered this in a hotel, but it didn't affect anything.

Very satisfied! The front desk service and related equipment are very good. I must live in Shanghai. It is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are comfortable, so that I can enjoy a good sleep. The staff service is also very warm, the hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities, this hotel makes me surprise! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the facilities are advanced, and the service attitude is excellent! It is also close to nearby shopping malls and attractions, very suitable for business trips and sightseeing.

From the beginning of the check-in, it was surrounded by intimate, and the manager accompanied the procedures throughout the process, introducing the facilities and the use of intelligent guest control in detail. The treasure chest drawer at the front desk is neatly packed with brown sugar, and there are small but easy to use skin care products, from moisturizing milk to hand cream; there are portable wipes, even the packaging is elegant Morandi color. I wanted to drink water in the middle of the night, and the front desk received a call in five minutes. When I went out in the morning, I asked if I needed to prepare a portable breakfast. When I checked out, I found that I had dropped the silk scarf and immediately arranged for the courier to be sent to my home. I didn't have to worry about the whole process. This kind of service that puts the needs of guests at heart is more moving than any luxury decoration. Living here is like being taken care of by the family, and I will definitely choose this one next time!
