"Very quiet location, stunning mountain views, large rooms with high ceilings, a nice balcony with small private jacuzzi. Not many guests around. Very nice views from the main pool / restaurant which also has a good food and drink menu. You can rent a motorbike although it is quite expensive at 450 baht per day and I had to ask for a helmet. I highly recommend that you stay at this great hotel for either a short or long stay - I stayed for 6 days and wasn't bored at all. Whether you want to explore the surrounding area or relax with a book or movie on the balcony, it is suitable for singles, couples or families. Cons No safety deposit box in the room. The room was cleaned just 2 times in 6 days and I had to keep asking for cleaning and consumables (water, tissue, shower soaps etc). The staff were good but it seems like the hotel isn't efficient - dishes left out at breakfast are still on tables several hours later even though the hotel is not busy. Breakfast is repetitive and minimal but okay - again it wasn't run very efficiently and customers have to keep asking for things like cups, milk, sugar etc. Some of the food was luke warm so not great. There are lots of pillows but they are all the same thickness (too thick for me) so I had to use a smaller one from one of the chairs."

"Room 22! Smells like urine! You will be vomited when you enter. The smell is unbearable. I asked the cleaning staff to deal with it but they couldn't do anything about it. The smell was even worse after mopping! The people at the front desk were also weird! They discriminated against Chinese people! They charged randomly and made excuses to charge. They ripped off the money and bowed and scraped to Koreans. It was really disgusting. There was nothing around. It was too remote! It's really unnecessary to travel so far to stay in this hotel! Fellow countrymen, don't come! I have been to Thailand so many times! This is the first time I encountered discrimination against Chinese people. The experience was really bad!"

"I booked a villa. It seems that it can accommodate up to 10 people? We made reservations for several days in a row, mainly to facilitate the children's commuting needs to participate in Lanna's summer camp. This room type is actually: second floor + first floor (a non-ventilated and light-free storage space directly below the second floor) There is a mouse on the pillow in the master bedroom on the second floor💩 On the day of check-in, I couldn’t run away without dragging my luggage. The hotel said this was Lanna style and refused to refund the money at first. Ctrip also spent a long time before agreeing to refund. Anyway! Will not go again."

"The room was spacious and nicely furnished with a sofa, desk, dressing table, and small refrigerator. The owner also helped me print documents and communicate with the driver in Thai. The location is in a village, so taxis were readily available. However, the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, and the restaurant is only open on weekends. Therefore, breakfast had to be found at other cafes in the village, which wasn't very convenient for us with our child attending summer camp. Another point of dissatisfaction was that the room was only cleaned twice during our eight-day stay. I mentioned I could accept cleaning every two days, but the hotel couldn't provide that, which was quite disappointing."
