旅遊季房間緊張可以理解，但是請商家不要沒有房間還標註有房間，給一間平時居住的房間當賓館房間。房型、服務與平台介紹可以説毫無關係，屬於欺詐行為，還不能退訂。雖然一分價錢一分貨，但是你就按介紹的圖片的來就行，完全不符臟亂差有味道算什麼，便宜的賓館也有，但是人家可以做到整潔乾淨！希望可以儘快改善，祝生意興隆！

無語攜程真是好平台，這種房子咋就不説多少錢也不是人住的啊，零下二十多度沒暖氣，沒熱水，那熱水器插上冒煙了，不是聞到味道就燒死到裏面了，那床上用品是灰色的也是厲害。
