The room smelled, the hygiene was very poor, the toiletries were still used by the last guest, and the unbearable thing was that there was menstrual blood on the mattress under the bed sheet, and there were sputum stains on the wash basin after changing rooms, which was very disgusting. The equipment is old and the service experience is not good. The front desk phone was always unreachable and I had to go to the front desk to communicate. What's even more speechless is that after I left the hotel, part of the deposit was deducted for a variety of reasons, sometimes it was because of water consumption, sometimes it was because of socks, and they couldn't verify it.
