Hotel is located at 体育场路, it has a passage way for drop off which is a plus point for us as we need not soak in the rain while transporting our luggage. The hotel has a small gym room which is great. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and casual, with good supporting facilities and complete toiletries. Disposable slippers and even makeup remover are provided. There are also many free daily necessities in the lobby, as well as red date and wolfberry tea for drinking, and dining on the eighth floor. Convenient, a heart-warming late-night snack. The location around the hotel is very good. It is convenient to travel and is relatively close to the West Lake. The butler service, Ms. Xiao Feng, is super friendly. Because I arrived late, she took the initiative to call me in advance to help me arrange a room. I asked any questions during my stay. Answer, we are satisfied with the service provided. This hotel is not far from the West Lake. It is on the 18th floor of a building. There are security gates for entry and exit. When you go out, turn left, then turn right and walk 50 meters past the door to the subway entrance. You can take the subway to the airport, train station, Wulin Square, The Olympic Sports Center and other places are very convenient; when you go out, turn right and walk 200 meters to take the bus, which will take you to the broken bridge of the West Lake in 3 stops. Although the family room is not big, it has a relatively large bed and a medium bed. The room can accommodate 3 large suitcases, and the hygiene is acceptable. The decoration of the room is relatively simple, so it is economical. The bathroom is very small, and there is no bathroom curtain in the shower room. There are water stains everywhere in the bathroom after taking a bath, and drainage is difficult. You have to borrow a mop to clean up the water after each bath, which is a bad experience for the guests. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic.

the aircon in our room was very warm during our stay. we called the hotel reception to fix it but they cannot do anything about it as its centrally controlled. otherwise location is good and convenient as it is located near the subway station. staff are helpful and friendly but I really cannot stand the warm temperature in the room. I will not come back again as my sleep was disrupted by the warm temperature every night.

Traveling, Ctrip is very cost-effective, there are many around the season, this is the highest. The location of the hotel is very good to find, the taxi can go directly downstairs, the front desk in advance to help collect the express, the service is friendly. We stayed at the Xizili Art Hotel near the downtown area. The staff and friendly and accommodating even if you're a foreigner with little to no Chinese-speaking ability. The facilities were nice and the accommodation was quite comfortable. The hotel is located near many tourists spots (within 30 minutes or so by car) including West Lake, West Lake Cultural Center, Wulin Square, Hangzhou Tower Shopping City, and the Hangzhou Kerry Centre. Definitely an affordable hotel if you're wanting to spend more on food and attractions in the city.

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

The location of the hotel is genius. In less than a minute you can take the metro to the city center - or the Hangzhou East Train Station. In about 10-15 minutes you can walk to the West Lake, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is great and you have a lot of options to choose from. The Café itself is very aesthetic. The isolation of the building and the room isn’t that great though. I also felt like I couldn’t close my windows perfectly- which made me hear the traffic even more. My room was clean and had most of the necessities- however some toiletries weren’t there (it is said on the website though, that they removed them from their equipment). The staff is polite. Would I book this hotel again? Probably yes
