Niki at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for her enthusiastic assistance, which made me feel so welcome. Not only did she upgrade me to a quieter, brighter room, she also offered to help with my luggage. The room was spotless and tidy. The hotel is also in a great location, right next to a wetland park, perfect for an evening stroll.

Everything was excellent. Hotel is exactly per photos in trip.com no traps. Clean, great service, room size and layout is perfect. MRT station is literary right at the doorstep. Love the hotel design.

The hotel was consistently excellent, as always. Its location is superb, offering convenient transportation links, and it's wonderfully quiet in the evenings. Exploring the surrounding area is incredibly easy. I always make sure to use the swimming pool, and it's always impeccably clean. I truly hope they continue to maintain this high standard.

A big thank you to Steve for the upgrade to an Executive King Room. The room was impeccably clean, and the mattress firmness was exactly to my liking. A delightful surprise was the complimentary fruit, every piece of which was incredibly sweet. The service was also top-notch, making the overall value for money exceptional!

I came to Hangzhou for the Shi Ge Qin Tian concert and booked this hotel at the last minute. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff, Ms. Anna, was very welcoming and processed my check-in quickly. She answered all my questions and gave us directions and tips for getting to the concert, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spacious, and having two sinks made it easy for my friend and me to get ready together. And who understands the struggle of coming back from a concert soaking wet from the rain? But the hotel has a self-service laundry room with dryers, washing machines, and even an iron! The subway station is only about 300-400 meters from the hotel, and it goes directly to the concert venue, so there was no need to worry about traffic. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou! 🌾☀️
