A dream of a hotel - again (ive stayed here many times). Its actually a proper Crowne Plaza - spacious, silent rooms, good air con and outstanding customer service staff. Liya and Cherry and the reception manager were, (as they always are), highly professional, friendly and very good at making me feel welcome. This is not easy in a big, busy hotel, but they still do it everytime i stay here. Thank you!!

We came to Hangzhou for a short family getaway during the summer holidays, having booked a 3-day, 2-night package. The riverside views are, of course, spectacular, and we were blessed with beautiful weather throughout our two-day stay. Looking out from the room, the clear blue skies and white clouds were truly invigorating.
The hotel boasts new and well-maintained facilities. The gym, with its large glass windows, is perfect for working out while enjoying the scenic views.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Even though we stayed during the peak summer season with many vacationers and conference attendees, the staff efficiently helped us find suitable seating.
Another convenient feature was the complimentary underground parking, with direct elevator access straight to the lobby.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.
The hotel is new, we checked in in one room, but it was smelly, the receptionist changed us immediately another room. Rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast has many western options. It was very chaotic, but the lady gave us a separate room so it was fine.

I live nearby and stayed at the hotel about 2 years ago. I wanted a little staycation again, and I’m glad to say that it’s still a great place to stay at. The hotel is clean and tidy, bed comfortable. The service staff and front desk are absolutely helpful and accommodating. They always have a smile and are willing to help.
I ordered room service, the food was good and the order took only 30 minutes. Breakfast was delicious , but the variety of pastries were limited this time. However I enjoyed everything and ate every bit of breakfast, the breakfast hosts were lovely and made a yummy hot latte.
Something to note, is that the pool is managed by a 3rd party so they do have swimming lessons in the evening. I still enjoyed myself at the pool and look to join the swim classes soon.
For foreigners looking for western food, you can find
Commune/ meToo cafe ( hauxia) / wagas etc. around the area, it’s a nice place to walk around.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful. My room had a great view. It's quiet and serene. The staff speaks English and they are very polite and very helpful!
The hotels has 2 restaurants and neither of them serves food all day. There is no restaurant nearby. So if you arrive hungry then you stay hungry. The TV in the room has terrible sound, as If TV speakers are removed on purpose. The rooms don't have sound insulation may be that's why TV's speakers have been removed.
