Four Seasons accommodation in Hangzhou

I've always loved Four Seasons' service, it's a shame the Shanghai locations closed down. Last time I was in Hangzhou, I stayed at the Four Seasons West Lake, and this time I switched to the Four Seasons Hangzhou at the CBD. It was, as always, a high-quality stay! I have to give a special shout-out to some amazing staff members: Zou Elsie who handled my check-in, and Tanina who handled my check-out. They always had a comforting smile on their faces, and their speaking pace was incredibly reassuring. They even thoughtfully wrote a handwritten note – these small details really make an impression! The hotel was clean and tidy, and they were super quick to deliver items or bring up takeout. The entire experience was fantastic. The breakfast restaurant also deserves a separate mention! While it's not cheap, the food was delicious and the variety was incredibly rich, totally worth the price. Special thanks to Kevin Wang from the restaurant, his service was exceptional and attentive throughout – truly Four Seasons standard! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The guest rooms are quiet and cozy, with meticulous details showcasing quality. The service is professional and efficient, down to the last detail. The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photoshoot package, complete with makeup, styling, and disinfected period costumes, perfect for couples looking for a romantic, ancient-style experience. The photographer was professional and patient, capturing incredibly surprising moments that will be treasured as happy and precious memories. Definitely worth a visit!
