This hotel truly left a deep impression on me. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the meticulous care and high-quality service. The hotel's overall design blends modern aesthetics with a warm ambiance. The lobby is spacious and bright, and a subtle, pleasant aroma fills the air, instantly melting away half of my travel fatigue. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly efficient, and the staff maintained a genuine, warm smile throughout. They not only patiently introduced all the hotel's facilities but also thoughtfully adjusted my room according to my needs, showcasing both professionalism and a personal touch in every detail. Stepping into the room, its cleanliness and tidiness immediately put me at ease. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly with just the right amount of support, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The room had superb natural light, and the view from the window was quite expansive, making it perfect for both business work and relaxation. The bathroom facilities were modern with strong water pressure, and the quality of the toiletries was also top-notch, washing away a full day's exhaustion.

We stayed here for a family trip with our child, and it's not too far from West Lake. If you head left from the hotel, the closest walk is to Yongjin Park, and it's very near Qianwang Temple Pier. If you turn right, it's only about 100 meters to Southern Song Imperial Street. The decor is very new, clean, and there are no strange smells.

I arrived at 11 PM after my flight, and the hotel was super convenient, right out of Yong Sheng Lu subway station. There are tons of places to eat right outside too, so the location is excellent. The front desk staff were really friendly and even helped me with my laundry by putting my washed clothes in the dryer. I had a very satisfying experience and highly recommend it.

I always stay at this hotel the night before a flight, and have been doing so for three years straight. It's my go-to whenever I'm flying out. The free airport shuttle service is a huge plus, and they even offer a thoughtful wake-up call. There are so many shuttle times to choose from, which is really convenient. Even though many guests are just passing through, the cleanliness and facilities are consistently top-notch – they definitely don't cut corners. It's a great hotel and, price-wise, it's truly a king of value for money!

The room was very clean and modern, and the service was excellent. The elevator was indeed small, as mentioned in other reviews, but I didn't encounter any congestion or long waits. The robot delivery service was great; if it didn't arrive promptly, staff would bring it. It's only two or three bus stops to West Lake, and you can bike back when traffic is bad. It's true there's no hanging bar for clothes in the room, only side hooks. However, they do offer laundry and drying services.

Overall, it's clean and the hygiene is good. The breakfast could use some improvement. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's convenient for getting around.

The business bed room booked on a business trip exceeded expectations overall. The hotel is located in the Zhizao Park, the environment is quiet, and the whole is clean and orderly. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, there is no smell, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation is very good at night, and will not be disturbed by external noise. The infrastructure is complete and the hot water is stable. The front desk service is intimate and the check-in process is simple and fast. The surrounding transportation is convenient, suitable for business travel, and the price is very high. Follow-up business trips will be given priority to rebook.

黨山這裏一直沒有像樣的酒店，每次來都要住到瓜瀝或者柯橋，現在有漢庭實在太方便了，出差星人狂喜，辦理入住超級快，房間巨大，是我住過的漢庭裏最大的了，以後來黨山就認準這裏了

Very nice hotel, definitely recommended. The staff was very helpful (we made a mistake and booked our room for the wrong day!). Unfortunately, we missed the breakfast!
