The room isn't small and the layout is well-designed. The only downside is that the basement level doesn't have windows. However, the location is excellent, right inside the East Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and even gave me a free room upgrade. This is my second time booking this hotel, and it's incredibly convenient, located right inside Hangzhou East Station. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. It's about a 1-minute walk from the hotel exit to the subway entrance, making it super easy to get anywhere.

This hotel is such great value for a business trip! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Xiao Luo and Qiu Qiu at the front desk provided wonderful service. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!
