Very nice kind of boutique hotel style. The location is strategic and within a neighbourhood area. The hotel stafs are good and willing to listen and advise, help. Good experience and definitely look for any EBO hotels again.

I just randomly picked this hotel because it was close to the Hangzhou Grand Theatre. To my surprise, they upgraded me to a room with a small balcony! The room design was aesthetically pleasing, and it was surprisingly quiet even though it was near the elevator. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.
