No safe. No fridge. Balcony floods. Shower cubicle and toilet shares the same swing door, so only one person can use either, unless the other person is ok using the other side without a door. Internet is rather "limited. Only good thing is the check in staff Xiao Yi was very helpful, and the two boys at the reception whom we informed of the flooding balcony got it fixed pretty quickly

Conveniently located with many public transport options! Extremely clean and tidy. Ample room space with a balcony that overlooks the park and busy roads. City view and neighbourhood soundscape! Spring is a nice time to visit!

Location close to Metro station (WulinMen exit A1), approximately +/- 200 meters to hotel.
The room was clean and nice.
All the dishes from the free breakfast buffet provided were splendid. Will stay again next trip 👍

Location of the hotel is good , near subway and plenty of convinient store, malls. Hotel room is spacious and clean. It's a good choice with the price.

Very clean, one guy could speak English which was helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the whole hotel has a nice atmosphere

We stayed in the family loft. The design was modern and sleek and it was a very comfortable stay. My daughters enjoyed soaking in the tub. The loft hotel is located in another location (about 1000 meters) from the larger hotel, so there isn’t a gym. It is located right next to the metro and it is about 20 minute walk to west lake and 5 minute walk to Wulin market and shopping plazas.

Hotel was clean and service was great! Room is nicely designed, big and spacious. There’s welcome music upon entering the room, creating good ambiance. About 5mins walk to the nearest metro station, can also take a bus to the nearby west lake.

The room is so wonderfull.
I love the free tea.. its so great.
Everytime you come to your room you will be welcomed by some france song..
The breakfast is good.
The metro is not that far.

Hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable with sufficient amenities provided. The bluetooth speakers and auto blinds were a nice touch. Breakfast had a nice spread, and service was pleasant.
Located near various bus stops and just a stone’s throw away from the metro, travelling around was very convenient. There are malls, night markets and sights nearby.
However, TV options were quite limited, but it’s not much of an issue. The washroom also only had one door, which was perhaps a little privacy issue. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I’d highly recommend !
