Guoshou Narada Grand Hotel Reviews

This is my second time visiting Hangzhou, and this hotel is the best so far. Convenient location, just a few minutes to 2 huge shopping malls. Restaurants, cafe, shops. Everything is just ready for you. Friendly staff, who gave me so much help. Especially when my daughter was sick, they helped me so much. The room is spacious with a great view. Amenities are so nice. Breakfast was also very nice. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. It's just perfect. I will definitely come back. 항저우 방문만 2번째예요. 이 호텔 정말 좋습니다. 위치는 완샹청과 래플시티 바로 주변으로 식당가, 카페, 쇼핑 편리하며 관광지로 가기에도 최적의 장소입니다. 그리고 새 호텔이라 방 컨디션도 좋으며 직원분들도 친절하세요. 개인적으로는 서호 주변 호텔보다 여기 호텔 추천합니다.

The hotel is excellent in all aspects. Breakfast includes very good western meals. I will stay again in the same hotel when I have another opportunity

Great location and great hotel. It is convenient to the new area of the city , close to MixC shopping mall and various other luxury malls and less than 15 minutes drive to the west lake

Located in the heart of the CBD area, it was lovely to arrive at the Guoshou Narada hotel - great location, short walk to the MIXC mall and the surrounding areas are very clean and safe. Everyone, from the concierge, upon my arrival, to my check-in (with Mr. Lawrence Meng) at the front desk, was very attentive, welcoming and professional... Since I was only able to stay for three nights, Mr. Lawrence was incredibly thoughtful and offered me a free breakfast. My room was spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable. I can honestly say that every encounter I had with staff at the Guoshou Narada was enjoyable, professional and welcoming. I could not be happier with the quality of the rooms and the amazing service I received throughout my stay.

Stayed for 5 days, Very clean and new hotel. No cigarette smell in the rooms. Close to Raffles City and MIXC, where there are good food options. The breakfast buffet is excellent as well, with lots of options. Would stay again.

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms a clean and very comfortable. It was only very warm in the room. AC was not working yet and you cannot open any window.

There daily cleaning service as well as night service. Fixed deposit is too high for long stay. Location wise is just next to 新业路 （line 9). Breakfast spread is good too.

I liked my stay except during my arrival, the receptionist seemed kind of rude and ignorant. Being a foreigner, plus it was Asian Games season, they have thought that I came from overseas. Ignorant to the fact that there are foreigners living and working here. They kept looking at my visa and did not actually know what it is. That stigma of being foreign and COVID 19! Their receptionists have zero ENGLISH SKILLS. Which is unfortunate because the hotel seems luxurious enough to at least hire someone who can be at least proficient with the language. The hotel is located in the central area and is just a 3-5min walking distance to the subway. I would want to stay again minus the inefficiency and lack of courtesy from the reception area. Please train your receptionists! Concierge staff were really accommodating despite the lack of English skills. They made up the rudeness and lack of finesse from the receptionists.

It was an average hotel.

Very clean hotel, staff very helpful. Location is in the modern part of Hangzhou.
