Elong Hotel Hangzhou WestLake

This hotel's location is a huge plus! The subway entrance is just 20 meters from the exit, and it's only three stops directly to West Lake, making getting around super convenient. The rooms are simply decorated and look great, and the entire place is spotlessly clean with fresh, odorless bedding. Across the street, there's a whole row of various restaurants, so finding meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a breeze. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. If you're visiting West Lake, this place is convenient for both transportation and dining. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

Perfect location, just a 1-minute walk to the subway station. Reasonable price, excellent service, and both breakfast and the gym, which are most important to me, were top-notch. This hotel and the e-sports venue seem to share the same front desk for check-ins, which is part of the Wanda group. I'm not sure how many establishments share the lobby; it makes me wonder what Ctrip's 5-diamond standard actually means. It felt more like a 3 or 4-diamond experience, though the price was certainly at the 5-diamond level. I really need to vent about the room. It was a 'family room,' but its layout was clearly designed for couples. There's a huge mirror outside the bathroom, so when you're in bed, you have a direct view into the shower. There's nowhere to hang clothes near the bathroom entrance, meaning you have to get undressed naked, and it's all clearly visible from the bed. Did they even consider families with slightly older children? The worst part was the air conditioning noise or vibration, which was particularly loud right by the head of the bed. We ended up having to sleep at the foot of the bed.

I had a fantastic stay at the eLong Hotel in Hangzhou! It's super close to the subway, which made getting to West Lake and the shopping areas incredibly convenient. The room was spotless and tidy, with smart controls for everything, and a great separation between the shower and toilet. The bedding was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were really warm and attentive, and the food delivery robot was a nice touch. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The eLong hotel room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was gentle and heartwarming, especially Tingting who answered all my questions patiently. It's also very close to the subway station, which is super convenient. I'm very satisfied, and there's even free underground parking!

The location is good, convenient for getting to Hangzhou East Railway Station and the surrounding attractions. The Deluxe King Room looked spacious in the wide-angle photos, but it was actually very small. At check-in, I was told the bed was 1.5m, but once I saw the room, there wasn't even space to open my suitcase on the floor. I was also told that many other rooms were occupied that day, so a free upgrade wasn't possible. Because of this, I canceled my original booking and rebooked the Joyful King Room. I ended up booking a larger room. When I re-checked in, I was informed that this room type was sold out, so I was upgraded to another room with a Dyson hairdryer. All in all, the room booking management seems a bit chaotic. Changing the room ended up costing an extra 70 yuan per night, but the front desk couldn't process it.

The room facilities are excellent and all smart home-equipped. The front desk service was also great; they responded promptly to any requests. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!
