The facilities, cleanliness, service, and environment were all excellent. Highly recommend! The front desk staff, Beibei, was incredibly attentive. 🤗 The breakfast was also very good.

The slide room is located in the main building. The main building feels like a large factory, with poor soundproofing; you can hear every sound from the hallway clearly. Despite the high ceilings, the loft bed on the second floor didn't feel cramped. The central air conditioning got quite hot, making the loft bed unbearably warm. A strange design choice is that you can see into the shower room from the loft bed on the second floor. The amenities are much better than those in the treehouse rooms. Breakfast was mediocre. Many dishes were already gone by 8:30 AM. The restaurant is full of round tables, indicating it caters more to tour groups. It's about a 30 RMB ride via ride-sharing app to the city center. It's definitely more convenient to stay in the city for sightseeing; this place is purely for the kids' entertainment. The surroundings are all farmland. We initially wanted to try nearby restaurants but realized it was too remote, and we didn't dare walk around at night.

Full marks, without hesitation! My stay at the Cave Room with Mountain Views at RS Hotel Hangzhou completely exceeded expectations, and I can't wait to recommend it to everyone! The moment I opened the door, I was absolutely amazed! The cave-style design is incredibly creative. The natural rock-textured walls paired with warm yellow lighting instantly created an incredible ambiance, as if I'd stepped into a mysterious and cozy fairy tale world. Every photo I took looked like it was straight out of a magazine. The room was spacious and not at all cramped, and the thoughtful details were evident everywhere. It was a unique and comfortable stay, even my baby was excitedly exploring everywhere. But the absolute highlight was our butler, Beibei! Simply the pinnacle of attentiveness! She proactively contacted me before check-in and pre-arranged a free parking spot, so I didn't have to worry about finding parking at all. Knowing we had a baby, she even specially prepared some snacks, all my baby's favorites – her thoughtfulness really touched my heart! Throughout our stay, any request we had was promptly addressed, making the entire trip exceptionally smooth and worry-free. This hotel is perfect whether you're on a romantic getaway, a trip with girlfriends, or a family vacation! The unique room design combined with incredibly warm service offers amazing value for money. I've already recommended the hotel to all my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou. Looking forward to discovering more surprises!

The hotel is very close to the airport, and it wasn't noisy at night. My kids loved the family room and had a great time.

The room was quite spacious. It seemed like the hotel had evening activities, but I arrived late and didn't get to see them. In the morning, I took a stroll around and found the facilities to be pretty good, probably very suitable for families. Before check-in, I received a call asking for my arrival time, and they offered airport pick-up/drop-off. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and helped with my luggage. It was a great experience. Even though it's near the airport, it gets very quiet after around 10 PM.

This hotel has a unique, exotic charm and the room designs are really innovative. My kids absolutely love it! We've stayed here multiple times. Our customer service agent, Beibei, is exceptional and provides such thoughtful service. During the National Day holiday, they even had a late-night diner, which made us feel right at home. It's incredibly convenient for airport access, but that's also the hotel's only drawback – you often hear planes flying overhead. Of course, during the day, the kids are always thrilled and excited to see the planes.

I have to give a special shout-out to Beibei, one of the service staff, for her exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality throughout my stay. From our initial WeChat communication to her efficient arrangement of my airport pick-up and the thoughtful room upgrade, every step was handled with impressive precision and care. What truly touched me was her thoughtful preparation of children's slippers, and the fruit and snacks already placed in the room showed such genuine consideration. The hot congee and buns available at the hotel's complimentary refreshment station late at night elevated the warmth of the experience, making my stay truly exceed expectations.

This hotel has a lot of character 🏨, but it's really noisy at night. It's right next to the airport, and the hallways are loud too – the soundproofing isn't great. However, the surrounding area is perfect for photos, very picturesque! The rooms are also quite unique. Definitely worth a visit!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise with fantastic service! A big thank you to Butler Beibei for her incredibly attentive care. Despite her small frame, she's a powerhouse – helping with luggage, bringing snacks and mung bean soup, and even arranging a late check-out for us until 2 PM. She was always responsive to our inquiries on WeChat, truly making us feel well looked after. The rooms were also excellent; the kids absolutely loved the loft family room and didn't want to leave! The hotel itself was spotless, boasting a charming European-style decor. The restaurant's food was exceptionally delicious. What's more, it's incredibly convenient, being just a 12-minute drive from the airport. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience!

Wow, this hotel is absolutely stunning! The entire experience, from the grand entrance to the rooms, felt like a fairytale castle. It's a real shame we only stayed one night and couldn't properly indulge in all the services and amenities. We'll definitely be back! A special thanks to Beibei for checking us in; she kindly upgraded us to a room with a window ahead of time, and the service was absolutely superb!
