heater didn’t work. texted the receptionist via wechat and they didn’t reply. other than that, hotel was not too bad. it was clean and location was great

The room is very Instagram-style, inside Darongcheng, which is an empty city during the Chinese New Year. It takes 1 km to get to Wanda next door, where there are many delicious foods. The room is relatively large, the bathroom is small, and the water is a bit slow to drain. The staff at the front desk, several boys and girls, are very enthusiastic and gentle. There is a shortage of manpower during the Chinese New Year. It is the first time that the quilt is not laid when cleaning the room. It can be understood. The free fruit is said to be replaced with red bean soup, but I didn't eat it. The hairpin seems to be an advertisement, and I didn't experience it. The snacks in the room are free, which is very considerate. The hotel parking lot is shared with Darongcheng, and both fast and slow charging are great. Slow charging also took some effort. The only thing that is more tiring is that you have to leave the hotel for breakfast during the Chinese New Year, cross the square, cross a small road and go to a hotel opposite to have breakfast. One day, there was a woman in a suit with a bun who cooked noodles in this hotel. Maybe there was no one to replace her temporarily during the Chinese New Year? The attitude was particularly bad, but everything else was okay. A small gift of hand cream was also given before leaving. Generally speaking, it is still a good hotel.

The service is very good, the hotel is very beautiful, the front desk lady is very gentle and the service is very attentive. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious. You don't have to find a place to eat. It's very convenient. The stay is very comfortable. It's a great experience. They also gave us red bean porridge, coffee, and hairpins for check-in. The owner of the hairpin shop has great skills. It's not a hairpin, but a real hairpin, which looks good in photos.

A very unexpected and beautiful surprise! The hotel is quiet in a busy area, with convenient transportation, and it is not far from the business district and attractions. The interior design is very distinctive and the small terrace is perfect for tea/barbecue. The housekeeper, Sister He, is very considerate and makes the overall stay experience excellent. I will come again next time!

A very beautiful hotel with a very unique style. It is near Wanda and very close to Xiaohezhi Street and Gongchen Bridge. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic and will send you the location in advance. The service is very good. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Hangzhou
