This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the overall management is very well-organized. The bedding is of good quality and comfortable, and the slippers are thick. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the dining environment is elegant. The location is very close to the Grand Canal, and there's plenty of parking available. All in all, it's a hotel with great value for money and highly recommended.

I bought a two-night package deal and found the hotel to be in a great location within an office park, making it very quiet during the holiday. It's also close to the Grand Canal scenic area, about a 10-minute taxi ride away. The lobby has a nice design aesthetic and offers travel information about the Canal area, which I recommend checking out to enhance your itinerary. Breakfast was okay, but the fresh juice was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't recommend buying the breakfast if it's not included with the room, as there are many snack shops by the canal. The air conditioning was a bit noisy when it started; hopefully, they can optimize that.

Staying at the Atour Hotel Hangzhou Gongshu Grand Canal was a delightful surprise! The location is superb, with the tranquil canal right outside the window, and the night view is especially enchanting. The room design is modern yet cozy, and the bedding was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff had warm smiles. The breakfast was exquisite, with delicious local snacks. It's also very close to Gongchen Bridge and the historic district, making it super convenient for walks. The value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou; it's the perfect home base for your trip!

I usually stay here whenever I'm in Hangzhou. They upgraded my room, and the facilities are quite new, so it was a very comfortable stay. It's also super convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread was pretty good too. Highly recommend!

This place is quite good; the value for money is excellent. The TV's screen mirroring feature is very convenient, and the room has various smart devices. The Peet's Coffee capsules really won me over. The only downside is there's no subway station nearby. The front desk lady provided excellent service; definitely a thumbs up.

Ever since we stayed at the Atour Hotel Wenshu Monastery Chengdu last year, my kid fell in love with the brand. So, when we planned our summer trip to Hangzhou this year, it was our top choice. Overall, the value for money was excellent. We mainly used taxis to get around, so traffic was a concern. Compared to the congestion around West Lake, this area felt much more relaxed and comfortable. Most attractions in downtown Hangzhou were about a 30-40 minute drive away, and the Grand Canal was even closer, around 10 minutes. As a Hyatt brand that hasn't been open for too long, you can generally expect good room conditions and service. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it was comprehensive with various dishes to choose from – just don't set your expectations too high. However, there's room for improvement in team service. For example, on the second night, I called to ask for bottled water, but it never arrived. About two hours later, after my bottled water delivery from an external service arrived, a staff member finally brought some up. For me, it wasn't a big deal and didn't cost much, but improving these small details would definitely make a difference. Generally speaking, the front desk staff were easy to communicate with, and the service was reasonably prompt.

I was very satisfied with the room; I stayed in a king-size room, which was spacious and bright. The in-room facilities were complete and quite clean. There's a complimentary capsule coffee machine and a mini-fridge with Coke and cookies, which was perfect for keeping my chocolates from melting in the summer, lol. There's a gym on the 1st floor and a laundry room on the 5th. Yao Yao, one of the staff members, provided excellent service. Whenever I called the front desk, there was always a real person answering the phone. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time! 🥹

The hotel's underground parking is very convenient with plenty of spaces. Cai Cai at the front desk provided excellent service, proactively upgrading our room. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hotel was quiet. The room was very soundproof, so we slept wonderfully.

It was decent. Clean and tidy, and the desk and chairs were convenient for work. The smart toilet was a nice touch too.

An underrated Hyatt-brand hotel with a great experience. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff, especially Caicai, was very efficient with check-in. The hotel's hardware facilities are top-notch for its class, with well-equipped rooms that are clean and have a stylish, minimalist design. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!

The air conditioning was excellent, breakfast was abundant, and parking and access were very convenient. It's great value for money for business trips. The hotel is located in the Gongshu District, which has excellent transport links; the roads aren't congested, and it's a quick trip to West Lake.

The breakfast selection is incredibly varied, almost overwhelming, and everything looks, smells, and tastes amazing. It truly caters to all kinds of guests. The service staff are excellent and genuinely seem dedicated to their work.

Perfect for business travelers. The Wi-Fi coverage was stable, and the laundry room right next to my room was super convenient. Plus, they had freshly ground coffee for breakfast, which was a nice touch. Very comfortable stay overall.
