Overall a good stay, convenient location. The shared toilets are kind of dirty and overflowing with toilet papers.

I had a wonderful stay at Lvxiao erqing hotel near West Lake in Hangzhou. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to attractions. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I made some great friends during my stay, and the hostel offers fun amenities like billiards and video games. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

The hotel is located on the good location and a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel.

Quick check in. Queen size bed is huge & clean. Our window could not close properly. Attendant was quick to come with tools to fix & problem resolved. We had amenities- towels, slippers, toothbrush, paste, comb, vanity kit...was great. 10-15mins walk to Hefang street. Will return again when I visit Hangzhou.

This is the best hostel I’ve ever visited so far! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the ambiance where I can enjoy my long stay. I work remotely and this hostel facilitates me to work comfortably. I made a lot of friends here as they are so excited to meet foreigner like me and we did a lot of cultural and language exchange. I’d definitely recommend people to stay in this hostel 🤩 I had a great time!

Nice, modern, youth place. Great atmosphere with a common place with karaoke, pool and some video games. Liked the vibe to be among youngsters!

The room was good and clean. The location was good as it is very close to the train station exit c and some shopping malls. It is also within walking distance to the west lake.

Modern hotel, located near Ding'an Metro station exit C. The room is a bit small but very clean. You can also walk to Xihu and in77.

It is a kind of hostel with single/twin room on the ortherside on 8th floor of the building. Near subway redline. There is familymart on 1 st floor. Great.

Hotel is nearby metro station. It was very convenient. The front desk agent provided a great hospitality service. It was a great stay at Hangzhou!

📍The location was its best. It is right behind Ding’an Rd metro station which connects you to Hangzhou and Hangzhou East station. It’s also walkable to Hefang street and the West lake. I don’t think you can find any other hotel that offers such a location as near to metro as this one does. 🛏️ My capsule room was great as It came with a 3.5 tall ceiling so you don’t feel too squeeze. The hotel was also new so the air conditioner came out fresh. Plus, you can also adjust your own temperature.  However, the room is designed narrow that you cannot widly open luggage on the floor. You will have to do it on the bed instead. 🧹🛀 Cleanliness was quite good except for the shared bathroom that was just acceptable where they were always water on the sink area. The bathroom also smell bad. ❤️ Service was fine, they offer free area to place luggage. For in room service, I stayed there for 3 nights but they didn’t clean up my room at all. I also only received one bottle of water, so I had to walk to ask for the other bottles of water for the other days.
