The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean, the environment was pleasant, and the facilities were complete. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the door.

The room was very clean, and the cleaning lady was also very responsible. It was a good stay overall, quite good.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was spotless and super comfortable. The bathroom was odor-free, and there's a dedicated laundry room. The area around the hotel is very quiet with no noise. The front desk lady provided exceptional service, and the cleaning staff were also very warm and helpful.

Extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely unclean. The sink and windows were moldy, and huge cockroaches appeared in the middle of the night. I even had an allergic reaction. I had to switch hotels that very night. 🥲

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady did a thorough job. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Choosing this hotel for my Hangzhou trip was definitely the right decision! Its location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the West Lake area. Getting to the Bai Causeway and Broken Bridge, or exploring Southern Song Imperial Street and Hefang Street in the evening, was a breeze. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, so all our dining and entertainment needs were taken care of in one spot. I have to commend their laundry facilities. The hotel has washing machines and dryers, so we could wash and dry our sweaty clothes from sightseeing on the same day. No more carrying around dirty laundry, which significantly boosted our travel comfort. The stay was quiet and comfortable, check-in at the front desk was efficient, and overall, it offered great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the hot water is consistent, and the air conditioning system is excellent. The room is quite spacious, so even a family of three didn't feel cramped. This hotel offers incredible value for money, definitely recommended!
