Very good location. From airport stop at Ding'an Road and walk around 500 metres to Yongjin Plaza. Take lift to 5th floor. All bed brand new and comfortable. Laundry available to use for free. Washer, dryer, detergent and steam iron provided for free. Gym also available. Nearby to West Lake. Walking distance to halal restaurant and Hubin Yintai and Fountain Music. Fountain music start at 7:30pm. Get there early to secure your position in front of Grand Hyatt Hotel. Recommended to traveller.

Good value for money. Location was perfect, away from the busy shopping centre but close enough on foot. About 10 mins walk from Hubin Yintai and 5 mins away from West Lake. Perfect for those on a short stay in Hangzhou. The hotel is located in a plaza so there are many restaurants within the building. I recommend!

Staff was friendly and helpful especially 李子who went out of her way to recommend us where and how we could explore Hangzhou, bringing us to the eatery and nearest metro station personally which we were very grateful for. Hotel location is within walking distance to West Lake and shopping malls. Rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower room was strong and consistent too. Overall we are happy with our stay.

I definitely coming back for this hotel. The bedding is very comfy. Pillows is memory foam and also down pillow with no odors. My 8 yrs old girl already wanted to come back. The location is very convenient. A block from In77 where you can shop and dining. Staffs are wonderful. Can't wait to come back here

Location is great, rooms are clean. Just a few min walk from West Lake - near the Night market, new’s y transportation, easy to catch a cab.

I flew to Hangzhou and had a layover at this hotel for the night. The location is extremely convenient, with many restaurants and shops outside. It's close to West Lake, allowing me to fulfill my small wish of running a full lap along the most beautiful running route around the lake the next morning, despite my limited time. The room was clean and comfortable, the night was quiet, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
