Five-Star Bay Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hubin Yongjin Plaza)

The hotel environment is very clean. I stayed here for two days, and the service and hygiene were excellent. Most importantly, it's very close to the attractions; you can walk to West Lake in three to five minutes. Taking a bus or subway to Lingyin Temple is also very convenient, and Hangzhou East Station is only about five or six kilometers away, making travel very easy. For dining, there's a restaurant on the 3rd floor downstairs. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This five-star bay hotel was incredibly clean, from the floors to the bathrooms, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff and all the other employees were really friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both handled quickly. I also needed an invoice, which they processed on the spot without any extra hassle. Overall, it made my trip very convenient.

Choosing this place was definitely the right decision, it offers great value for money. It's very close to West Lake, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Dining is easy with McDonald's and Yongjin Noodle House right downstairs, so no worries about breakfast or dinner. Getting to and from Hangzhou East Station was smooth, allowing me to enjoy my trip and catch my train without a hitch. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by West Lake, and it's also incredibly convenient to get to Lingyin Temple. You can take bus route 7 directly to Hangzhou East Railway Station, and Hangzhou Railway Station is also very close, making transportation incredibly easy. It's also very near Hubin Yintai, so dining, shopping, and getting around are all super convenient. The hotel's hygiene is exceptionally clean.

This hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's so close to West Lake, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there are tons of dining options, including McDonald's and Yongjin Noodle House, so breakfast and dinner were never a problem. Getting to and from Hangzhou East Railway Station and the train station was also super easy. It's a one-stop shop for travel and food, making it perfect for tourists visiting Hangzhou.

The hotel's cleanliness is good. However, the signage in the room is quite confusing, and I had a hard time finding my way around. This definitely needs improvement. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. I wouldn't recommend the travel agency next door; it's worth checking out a few others.
