The hotel's central air conditioning system is a single-mode control, and the other twin room you booked was a standard superior twin room with an inward-facing skylight window. This caused ventilation issues when you used the heating, preventing us from creating a comfortable living environment for you, for which we deeply regret. We have immediately reviewed the equipment situation and will provide guests with usage instructions and helpful reminders in the future. We have also optimized our customer complaint response process to quickly coordinate the best solution for guests in similar situations. We completely understand your frustration and discomfort from the stuffy indoor temperature during winter. As the hotel currently uses a central air conditioning system, its seasonal mode switching is limited by the overall equipment; therefore, in winter, only unified heating can be provided, and individual room cooling is temporarily unavailable. We understand that this cannot meet the individual temperature needs of all guests, and this is an area we need to optimize in our facility planning. The hotel will provide cooling fans or air circulators, which can be quickly delivered to the rooms to help with ventilation and cooling.
