Hangzhou Mulan Road Hotel (West Lake Lakeside Hefang Street)

The check-in experience was pretty good. Step right outside and you're on a lively street with super convenient transportation to everywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and all the necessary disposable amenities were provided. The receptionist was also very sweet and gave us some bottled water, and we were able to store our luggage there so we could walk around and explore.

Loved it! Such a relaxing day. You can sit in the lobby and watch Hangzhou through the large glass windows, and it's right next to a popular photo spot, so you can see people coming and going. This is my ideal trip to Hangzhou ❤️ They immediately helped me with my luggage, thank you! ☺️ The front desk lady was very attentive, and laundry services were super convenient. When I checked out, they gave me a souvenir – a bag full of snacks, big and small, which was a really thoughtful touch, haha. She was so sweet. Oh, and just a few shops down, there's a cat cafe! Highly recommend it! They have thirty cats, so cat lovers should definitely check it out!

The biggest surprise about choosing this hotel was its location. It's right inside the scenic area, with Nan Song Yu Jie and Hefang Street right outside the door, making sightseeing incredibly convenient with many popular photo spots. The room was spotless, with a large window providing great natural light and no strange odors. The toiletries, including toothpaste and toothbrushes, were of good quality and pleasant to use, which was another highlight. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd consider staying here again on my next visit to the area.

The room was very spacious, and there were so many amenities. They even let me check out two hours late without an extra charge. This is a great hotel with excellent service!

This was my first time in Hangzhou, and staying here was fantastic. The service was excellent; they patiently answered all our questions about exploring Hangzhou. The room's soundproofing was great, and being tucked away in an alley made it a quiet retreat despite being in a lively area. I'm a very light sleeper, but I had a wonderfully deep sleep here, which is rare for me. The room was also impeccably clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The location is super convenient; it's just a two-minute walk to Drum Tower where you can easily catch a ride-hailing car or taxi. The hotel's location is truly excellent, right outside are the pedestrian streets of Southern Song Imperial Street and Hefang Street. I thoroughly enjoyed my one-night stay here. If I get the chance to visit Hangzhou again, I would definitely choose to stay here, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou.

The overall hotel experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around and dining. The staff were friendly, and it offered good value for money.
