The environment is quiet and serene, the service is attentive, and the complimentary snacks are absolutely delicious. It's perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I highly recommend giving it a try; I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

We visited the Shusheng Longjing Hotel with our family. Shusheng Longjing is an oriental aesthetic hotel nestled in the Longjing tea gardens next to Lingyin Temple. The moment we entered the courtyard, our hearts were at peace. The tea garden paths, courtyard water features, and bamboo groves were all very stylish and picturesque! The hotel staff were gentle and attentive. Our butler, Junjun, took meticulous care of us throughout our stay, responding quickly to all our needs and providing incredibly warm service. They also offer travel photography services. The photographer, Guyue, from Xiaowan Travel Photography, had excellent taste and took many beautiful photos for us. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back for our next trip!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, directly opposite the Hangzhou Flower Nursery, offering convenient access to various attractions around West Lake. The surrounding area is packed with dining, entertainment, and leisure options. The hotel itself has a classic, antique charm, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities. The butler, Xiao Yin, provided attentive service. The complimentary travel photography package was exceptional value, with a dedicated and responsible photographer.

Junjun, the receptionist, was warm, professional, and polite, and promptly met any needs. The room was spacious, allowing children to move around comfortably. Mosquito coils and air conditioning were provided in advance, and the bathroom was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer. The room was clean and tidy. The environment of the West Lake scenic area was excellent, with a garden-style setting, making it a very pleasant place for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel also arranged for my daughter to have a room next to ours, as requested. The service was good, and the housekeeper, Xiaomei, was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a great location; you can walk to all the attractions around West Lake, just like I did this morning when I went to Lingyin Temple and the Temple of the God of Wealth, avoiding traffic jams. The hotel breakfast area is right next to a tea garden, which is a pleasant sight.
