5/5 (Excellent!) Location: Sitting at an outdoor table of the hotel restaurant, you can see the most beautiful winding mountain road intersection in Manjuelong. The only lights around are the streetlights leading into the mountains, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Not far to the east, you'll find a cluster of noodle shops, and a bit further are Hupao Park and the Botanical Garden. To the west is the path to Jiuxi, and to the south, you can reach Guireng Pavilion. It's perfectly situated as a starting or ending point for hikes. Service: I met a total of three hotel staff members, or rather, 'five.' The staff were very professional and had excellent service attitudes, proactively offering assistance to guests! There's also an orange cat named 'Zhao Cai' (Lucky Charm) and a blue cat named 'Dai Dai' (Dazed), who are in charge of providing emotional support. Facilities: The guest room was a 'stargazing room' with a skylight, featuring a separate wet and dry area and underfloor heating. All the facilities you could need were there. The furnishings in the room were perfectly arranged, neither redundant nor overly minimalist. The curtains were thick and completely blocked out the light. Summary: This accommodation choice undoubtedly enhanced the hiking experience. As a guest, the highest praise I can give is: I'll definitely be back!

Stayed here with my family. The young man at the front desk was very attentive; he gave us directions for parking in advance and enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. It's super convenient for hiking to the scenic area – we took the 'lazy' route and did a round trip in two and a half hours. Highly recommend!

They were as friendly as a close friend, yet maintained a professional level of detail, making the entire trip feel incredibly reassuring. The room also exceeded my expectations! The design was simple yet stylish, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean, sparkling like new everywhere, with not a speck of dust even in the corners. For someone who prioritizes hygiene, this was a huge bonus. Jianxiang feels more like a cozy little home hidden within the city, boasting both beauty and warmth. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back next time! 🌟

The room was great! It's super convenient being right in the scenic area, with a bus stop just outside. The air was really fresh too, and breakfast was plentiful. The room had both AC and underfloor heating, which was perfect for the cold weather. The butler service was very thoughtful, even helping with our luggage. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioner was a bit noisy when running. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

I was a bit surprised by the price at first, and curious to see what kind of service I'd get for it! 1: We arrived at 1 AM, and the owner, who usually finishes at 10:30 PM, waited up for us until 1 AM, and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs! 2: Whenever the owner sees you coming in or going out, they'll open the door for you! Service is top-notch. 3: If you want to eat breakfast in your room, that's fine too; the owner will even bring it up for you! And the breakfast is incredibly generous! 4: The whole room was very clean and hygienic, and we had a very comfortable stay. The underfloor heating was just turned on a bit too early, haha. It was too hot at night, and we had to turn it off before we could sleep. 5: There are two very cute cats that aren't afraid of people. 6: Also, I drove here, and parking fees in this area are very expensive. The owner waived the parking fee for me, which saved me over 200 yuan. I almost felt bad about it! In short, it was an excellent value! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit West Lake.

The room was excellent! It's conveniently located right inside the scenic area, and the air is very fresh. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes directly to Hupao. Our family room even had a bathtub and was quite spacious. The hotel breakfast was delicious! The butler was also incredibly thoughtful, constantly checking in on us. The service was top-notch, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!

The design is very stylish, and the underfloor heating is a huge plus. We had a very comfortable stay. There are cats in the lobby you can pet, and it's quite good value for money. I have two suggestions: first, I recommend adding coffee to the breakfast, and second, the kitchen smells shouldn't waft into the lobby.

Feels just like home! The butler was incredibly thoughtful! The room was very comfortable! There's also a swimming pool, it's just a shame it's closed for the winter. Can't wait to go back next year! My kids are super excited 😚 The butler's recommendations always perfectly met our needs!
