Five-star review! The computer setup is top-notch, internet speed is stable, and games run smoothly without any lag. The room was very clean, no strange odors, the gaming chair was comfortable, and the bedding was soft. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the service was enthusiastic. This is my go-to place for gaming with friends, I'll definitely be back!

The room was great, very neat, tidy, and clean, with no smoke smell. Definitely lives up to its reputation as a top-notch e-sports hotel chain! The facilities and equipment were also pretty good. The only issue was that housekeeping didn't have any hair ties, and I really needed one after losing mine. There were no convenience stores nearby either. Breakfast was a home-style meal. Also, there weren't many cool keyboards available for rent.

The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the environment is very quiet, much like a typical business hotel. There was no smell of smoke, which broke my preconceived notions about e-sports hotels. It also has various supporting facilities, and the computer configurations are quite good.

0% service. The receptionist was constantly impatient. Cars with low chassis are not recommended for underground parking as there's no parking space above ground. Breakfast is worse than instant noodles.

Xiao He at the front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. From the moment you step into the lobby of this e-sports hotel, you can feel the electrifying e-sports atmosphere. Lively music fills the air, and the front desk staff are warm, efficient, and quick to process your check-in, even providing helpful information about the surrounding area – my positive impression of them instantly skyrockets!
